Property Taxes: The current tax rate is $1.0287 per $100.00 of assessed value.
Corporate/ Personal Property Taxes: The current tax rate is $2.50 per 100.00 of assessed value.
Disposal Fee: $140.00 annually.
Property Tax and disposal bills are released July 1st.
Property Tax Bills are due September 30th and December 31st
Disposal bills are due August 31st.
Rental License Fee: $55.00
Rental Inspection Fee: $95.00
