Planning & Zoning meeting held on the 4TH Thursday of the month @ 6:00 pm in the Town Hall Conference Room.

 

Information Needed for Zoning/Building Permit Applications

  • Tax map, block and parcel number of property
  • If for accessory building or addition, 911 address
  • Property owner’s name, address, and phone number
  • Applicant’s name, address and phone number
  • Area dimensions (frontage and depth) of parcel
  • Size of building or addition (length, width, height and number of stories)
  • Estimated cost or value of structure to be built
  • Name of builder
  • Name of plumber and state master plumber’s license (if applicable)
  • Whether or not property is served by sewer and water
  • Health Department approval if applicable and available
  • Building plans – (2) copies
  • Sketch of property showing new construction with setback dimensions
