Information Needed for Zoning/Building Permit Applications
- Tax map, block and parcel number of property
- If for accessory building or addition, 911 address
- Property owner’s name, address, and phone number
- Applicant’s name, address and phone number
- Area dimensions (frontage and depth) of parcel
- Size of building or addition (length, width, height and number of stories)
- Estimated cost or value of structure to be built
- Name of builder
- Name of plumber and state master plumber’s license (if applicable)
- Whether or not property is served by sewer and water
- Health Department approval if applicable and available
- Building plans – (2) copies
- Sketch of property showing new construction with setback dimensions
